How fast can I get my delivery?
We offer same day for delivery free of charge. Our quality products can be on at your gate in Nairobi within an hour or by close of business same day.
All major towns outside Nairobi; free but on very rare cases a top up amount could be required from client; if this is the case timely information will be relayed.
We offer delivery in all East African countries at a fee
Will I receive a notification when my order ships?
Someone from our call centre will reach out to you to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have, and you’ll be made aware of the whereabouts of your products from our doors to yours.
What do I do if I think my order is lost?
If you think that your products are lost or misplaced please give our customer service centre a call and we’ll make sure we find them and get you your order as soon as possible.
